SFH Fuel- Grass fed Whey.

 I would rate this product 5 stars! I have been using SFH for over a year now, I usually put 1 scoop of protein with some rice milk in my shaker, before or after a work out.  This product is easily digestible, keeps me full longer, supplies me with all the amino's and healthy fats I need to recover.
